During operation, the dust in the silo is uniformly sent to the cylinder by the impeller feeder, and then the dust is pushed into the mixing cylinder by the blade, and the ash is forced to be mixed with the appropriate amount of water through the high-speed rotating spined shaft. In the process of mixing, there is a certain gap between the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft to push the material to the outlet, which has the characteristics of compact structure, advanced technology, stability, reliability and easy maintenance. The electric control box controls the equipment to achieve the purpose of controlling mixing, water supply and stable operation.
The biaxial humidifier is mainly used for humidifying and discharging of dry ash and viscous dust in industrial kilns, metallurgy, mining and other industries.
1.2 Composition and workflow
Humidifying and unloading aircraft are mainly composed of driving system, material mixing system, humidifying system, etc., and equipped with a special electric control box (the feeding port is usually used in conjunction with manual board valve and unloader).
1.2.1 Workflow
Humidification unloading aircraft start operation - dust from the inlet - humidification system water supply start - check whether the dust discharged from the outlet is qualified - qualified humidifier begins to discharge ash - unqualified - adjust the water supply of humidification system - so on until the qualified humidifier discharges ash normally.

1.4 Electrical control
Uniaxial humidification unloading aircraft USES 380V, 50HZ AC power supply. The equipment is equipped with an electric control box for the control of the equipment.
1.4.1 Safety precautions
(1) The electric control box shall be installed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent splashing.
(2) After the equipment is stopped from use, the power supply of the equipment should be cut off in time to prevent personal injury accidents caused by the electrification of the equipment.
(3) The equipment shall be operated by trained personnel, and other personnel shall not operate without permission.
1.4.2 run
(1) Check and confirm before operation
Close the power supply and check whether the wiring is correct.
Verify that there is no short circuit or ground to ground in connection terminals or exposed live parts.
All switches are disconnected before power input to ensure that the equipment will not start or stop when power input

1.5 Humidification system
Humidification system requirements: clean water, room temperature, sufficient water. Water supply system: 0.2Mpa
The length and diameter of pipeline should meet the requirements of the machine. When supplying water for a long distance, a large pipe diameter should be selected and the pipe should be supported independently. The weight of the pipe should not be added to the humidifier.
In the cold region of winter, the main engine must exhaust ash before it stops working. At the same time the pipe shall be installed at the lower end of the drain valve. After the main engine stops working, drain the pipeline. To prevent freezing and damaging the equipment.
1.6 Precautions for installation, debugging and use
1.6.1 Equipment installation
(1) After unpacking the box, please read the supply details in detail. Whether the physical equipment is consistent with the order and supply details?
(2) In the process of storage and transportation, pay attention to the equipment waterproof, anti-pressure, prevent equipment surface scratches.
(3) For the equipment installed on the ground foundation, the foundation bolts with a considerable depth shall be embedded before installation, and then the installation of the equipment shall be checked whether it is horizontal; Anchor bolt holes can also be reserved, and after the equipment is in place, 1:3 cement and sand concrete fixing anchor bolts can be filled. After the concrete sets, the equipment is fine-tuned.
1.6.2 Equipment debugging
After the installation of the equipment, check the equipment to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the machine, no loosening of bolt fastening in all places, and no abnormality in motor cover, gear cover, machine cover and observation cover. Whether the motor steering is correct, lubricate each rotating part to ensure that the machine rotation is flexible and noiseless.
1.6.2.1 No-load test
Equipment after installation, adjustment, careful inspection, no-load test.
The purpose of the no-load test is to check the stability of the bottom of the tank for not less than 1 hour; Temperature rise of transmission bearing and motor; Whether the connection pieces are loose or not
The inspection items of no-load test are as follows:
In continuous motion, the temperature rise of the bearing and motor should not exceed 50°C, and the deviation should not exceed 10%.
If there is abnormal temperature rise and noise in the bearing within a short period after starting, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and start again after troubleshooting.
Check no looseness and other abnormal condition of each connection.
1.6.2.2 Load test
After the no-load test, the load test can be carried out only if the equipment has no abnormal phenomena.
The purpose of the load test is to check the change of the machine under the load; Whether the conveying capacity can meet the working requirements (not less than 90% of the rated ash discharging capacity); Whether the machine has obvious elastic bending vibration and pulsation below the rated ash discharge amount; Whether the feeding port and discharge port are smooth; Whether the degree of water humidification meets the requirements, as well as whether each part of the tank leakage phenomenon.
The abnormal phenomena should be corrected in time. After passing the load test, it is allowed to put into production and use.
1.6.3 Matters needing attention in the use and maintenance of equipment
(1) When the equipment is in use, the observation port and access port must be closed, and the shell must be kept intact.
(2) If any abnormal situation is found during use, the machine must be shut down immediately and the power supply must be cut off.
(3) Power supply must always be in a state of power outage during maintenance.
(4) The machine can not be started until the fault is eliminated and all safety measures are restored and the safety of personnel on site is confirmed.
(5) In the process of maintenance, others are strictly prohibited to touch the switch, so as to avoid mechanical injury.
1.7 Maintenance
(1) The head and tail bearing box is regularly filled with lubricating oil every week to prevent the bearing from dry friction.
(2) In case of power failure and shutdown during the operation of the equipment, the ash accumulation in the mixing cylinder shall be promptly removed to prevent difficulties in starting next time.
(3) After debugging the equipment, the humidification system equipped with the equipment has been set. Users are not allowed to change the water supply at will.
(4) Check regularly whether the fastening bolt is loose. If so, please tighten it in time.
(5) Check whether the nozzle is blocked regularly and clean it in time.
