Product features
1, MC - type II pulse bag filter in retain the original MC - Ⅰ type deduster advantages, on the basis of using the low resistance of DMF - Z pulse valve, make the dust control system and the service life of filter bag and so on than MC - type Ⅰ extend more than double, reducing the workload of maintenance.
2. The pressure of compressed air is reduced from 5-7 kg/cm to 3 kg/cm now, but the effect of ash cleaning can still reach 5-7 kg/cm, thus expanding the scope of use.
3. Due to the improvement of the structure, the tightness of the equipment is enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be less than 2%, which further improves the product quality requirements.
4. Reformed the capping device and the fixing method of filter bag, and improved the working conditions for equipment overhaul and maintenance.
5. Protective cover is added to the blowout device, and rainproof measures are adopted for the cover plate structure. The dust remover can be placed in the open air without additional rain-proof canopy, which reduces the construction investment.
6. The original auger of the ash cleaning part is removed, and the device YJD series automatic rotary ash discharging valve is combined with air shutout or hammer type flap unloading valve (configured according to the user's needs), which enlarges the effect of ash cleaning, reduces maintenance, and reduces the speed of ash discharging due to tight air.
Structure principle
The basic structure of Mc-ii pulse bag filter is shown in Figure 1, which is mainly composed of five parts.
Upper box: it is composed of a removable cover and an air outlet.
Middle box: composed of porous plate, filter bag device and Venturian tube.
Lower box: by air inlet, ash bucket and inspection door composition.
Ash discharging system: it is composed of speed reducer, ash conveying device and ash discharging device.
Blowout system: composed of control instrument, control valve, pulse valve, blowout pipe, air bag and protection device.
Control instrument adopts JMK - type Ⅱ pulse control meter. WMK pulse contactless controller.
Principle of dust remover
During the process of dust containing gas entering the central and lower tank through the air inlet of the dust collector and entering the upper tank through the filter bag, the dust and gas are separated due to various effects of the filter bag, and the dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, while the gas enters the upper tank through the venturis and is discharged from the air outlet. During the process of dust gas purification through the filter bag, with the increase of time, more and more dust is deposited on the filter bag, so the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases, and the amount of gas passing through the filter bag gradually decreases. In order to make the dust collector work normally, the resistance should be controlled within a limited range (generally 120-150 mm water column). When the dust collector is working, the control valve is triggered by the command given by the control instrument in order to start the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag by the nozzle holes. The filter bag expands rapidly under the reverse action of the airflow instantly, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag falls off and the filter bag is regenerated. The dust that has been cleared will fall into the dust hopper and be discharged from the body through the ash discharging system. The dust accumulated on the filter bag will be cleaned regularly and the purified gas will pass through normally to ensure the normal work of the dust collector.

Note: The figure shows the direction of the standard inlet and outlet, ash cleaner and pulse valve. The location of each port can also be determined according to the actual situation. Except Mc-156, all the fans can be installed directly on the air from the dust catcher. Type MC156 requires pipe connection.
