The main harmful gases processed by BJS acid gas purification tower are water-soluble gases such as acid mist, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, ammonia and alkali vapor. Sodium hydroxide was used as the absorption neutralization solution, and the purification efficiency was above 95% when the solution concentration was 2-6%. The working principle of

This device USES sodium hydroxide solution as absorption neutralization liquid to purify acid mist waste gas. The gas is pressed into or inhaled into the air inlet section by a centrifugal fan, and then flows upward to the filter material layer, and reacts with the neutralizing liquid ejected from the first stage nozzle. After absorption, the waste gas continues to flow upward to the second filter layer, and comes into contact with the neutralization liquid ejected from the second stage nozzle. The neutralization reaction occurs again, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the hood, exhaust pipe or fan through the cyclone plate.
