Overview: Type T40 axial flow fan is improved design of type 30K4 (also known as Type 03-11) axial flow fan.
Due to modifying the airfoil of the original 30K4 fan and adopting a new cylinder-shaped wheel structure, the air efficiency of the fan has been increased from 67% to 84%, and the strength at the blade root has been enhanced. T40 axial flow fans can be used for ventilation in general factories, warehouses, offices and residential buildings or for enhancing heat dissipation. If the housing is removed, they can be used as free fans. They can also be installed in series at intervals in long exhaust pipes to increase the wind pressure in the pipes.
This series of products are divided into 10 machine Numbers according to different impeller diameters, which are numbered №2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in sequence. The blade of each type of machine can be installed into five angles of 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35°. This series of products are directly connected with the impeller mounted on the motor shaft. Under the condition that the circumferential speed of the impeller does not exceed 60 m/s, there are three revolutions: 2900r/min, 1450r/min, and 960r/min. Facing the air inlet direction, the impeller is rotating anticlockwise.
Due to the difference in impeller diameter, blade installation Angle and spindle speed, the air volume, wind pressure and power consumption are also different. The wind pressure ranges from 31 Pa to 473 Pa, and the air volume ranges from 564 m3/h to 48200 m3/h. The air passing through the fan shall be non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-viscous and non-significant dust, and its temperature shall not exceed 45℃.
The fan is composed of impeller, casing and air collector: Blade wheel: blade is composed of blade and hub, etc. The blade is made of circular arc sheet, which is made of sheet steel, and is fillet welded to the outer circle of hub as required. Shell: composed of air duct, base and support plate, etc., all made of thin steel plate and profile. The air duct is straight cylindrical, and there is a certain clearance between the impeller. Air collector: in order to reduce the loss of air inlet, the air collector is made of arc streamline and formed by sheet metal stamping or spinning machine.
