Product Introduction:
G4-73 and Y4-73 are suitable for the system of 2~670T/h steam boiler in thermal power plant. G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation when there are no other special requirements.
The medium delivered by the ventilator is air, and the highest temperature shall not exceed 80℃. The medium transported by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the temperature shall not exceed 250℃. The fan and the induced draft fan are made of 12 machine Numbers numbered 8~28 respectively.
Before the draught fan, a dust removal device must be installed to minimize the amount of dust in the smoke entering the fan. According to the general situation of power plant use, dust removal efficiency shall not be lower than 85%. The fan drive mode is D type, all adopt elastic coupling drive.
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, adjusting door and transmission part.
Impeller: 12 backdip wings bevelled blades welded to the middle of an arc-shaped front plate and a flat-shaped rear plate. The through and induced draft fan impeller of the same number have the same structure.
Case: The case is a cochlea shape welded with ordinary steel plates. The shell of the single-inhalation fan is made into three different forms: numbered 8~12 are made into a whole structure, which cannot be taken apart. The №14~16 shell is made into two open type. Numbered 18~28 are made into three shell. The fan and the spiral plate are suitably thickened to prevent grinding.
Air intakes: Convergent, streamlined air intakes are integrated and bolted to the fan inlet side.
Regulating door: a device for regulating the flow of the fan, axial mounted in front of the air inlet. Adjustable range from 0°(fully open) to 90°(fully closed).
