Product Introduction:
Y5-48 type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed for industrial boiler (1 ~ 20T/h) with various coal materials and smoke elimination devices. The highest temperature shall not exceed 250℃ for those with similar intake conditions and corresponding performance. Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with an efficiency of no less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, so as to improve the fan life.
The induced draft fan is made of single suction. There are no. 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10 and 12.5. The fan can be made of right - handed or left - handed.
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet Angle of the fan housing. "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180° and 225°.
The fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, adjusting door, transmission set, etc.
Impeller: there are 12 rearward flat blade blades, the material is 16Mn, welded in the middle of arc conical wheel cover and flat disc, after static and dynamic balance correction, so the operation is stable, high strength.
Case: welded with steel plates to form a volute integral structure, bolted to the inlet side of the case.
Air inlet: it is made into a converged streamlined structure and bolted to the inlet side of the housing.
Regulation door: regulation door leaves for flower identification, №8 above "left" "right" to general. There is also a ash clearing door on the volute plate, which is convenient to remove the ash accumulated on the blade and inside the casing, and ensure the balance and pneumatics of the impeller
Transmission set: it consists of spindle, bearing box, belt pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high quality steel, with rolling bearing and water-cooled integral bearing box. Therefore, notice to install the water pipe, the water consumption varies with the environmental temperature, generally considered as 0.5~1m3, the bearing box is equipped with thermometer and oil level indicator, and the lubricating oil adopts no. 30 oil, and the lubricating oil adopts no. 30 oil. Add the amount of oil according to the requirement of oil level mark.
