Type Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan

Product Introduction:

Y5-47 type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is a boiler induced draft fan with the highest full pressure efficiency up to 90.5%, which is designed for industrial boilers with all kinds of coal and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices (1 ~ 20 tons/hour). It can be used for those with similar intake conditions and dual-phase performance, but the highest temperature shall not exceed 250℃.

Current industrial boiler series is more, the gasification of coal quality fit and unfit quality disparity, with different resistance of filter, the induced draft fan air volume and air pressure difference is bigger, in order to adapt to the above situation, considering the efficiency of the fan, with 20 tons of boiler induced draft fan needed power is larger, direct drive (D) coupling, the remaining adopts triangle tape drive (C type), not only can a number using different rotation speed to meet the requirements of the same tonnage boiler configuration of various kinds of filter reduces fan series and number, but also easy to use unit according to the actual situation, to transform the spindle speed to obtain the ideal air volume, air pressure.

The induced draft fan is made of a single inhalation, numbered №4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 12.5 seven.

The induced draft fan can be made into two types of left rotation or right rotation.

The outlet position of the fan is represented by the air outlet of the housing. "left" and "right" can be made into 0°, 90° and 180° angles.

The fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission department, adjusting door and other parts.
