Structural characteristics of
The blower is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, damper and frame.
(1) The impeller is riveted welded by several blades, curved front plate and straight rear plate, all of which are made of steel plate. After the dynamic and static balance effect test, the impeller has good rotation, high efficiency, low noise and stable operation.
(2) The volute body made of steel plate is adopted in the casing.
(3) The air inlet is made into a whole and installed on the side of the fan. It coincides with the inlet of the impeller into a streamline, which can make the gas flow downstream and reduce the loss.
(4) Generally, the blower is equipped with a damper, which is an accessory for adjusting the air volume, so that the air volume and the air pressure can be adjusted to the optimal operating condition of the cochlea furnace.
