A purpose
Model 9-28 I fans are generally used in forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and are widely used in material conveying. They are suitable for conveying air and gases without corrosion, spontaneous combustion and viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80℃ in general, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m. . The fan can also be used as cement kiln decomposition process (machine number above 16), steel smelting and other special occasions for the use of high temperature fan (heat resistant, high strength materials).
The second form
(1) The fan is of single suction and double suction. Aircraft Numbers are No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.

(4) The fan's driving mode is type A (Machine No. 4-6.3), Type D (machine No. 7.1-16) and Type F.
Three Structural Features
The fan No.4-6.3 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and bracket. The fan No.7.1-24 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission set, etc. Type F is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, air inlet box, transmission set, etc. The fan can also be equipped with adjusting door according to the needs of users.
(1) The impeller of type 9-28 I fan has 16 long blades and 16 short blades. The rear impeller has been corrected by static and dynamic balance, making the operation stable and reliable.

(3) The air inlet is made into the integral structure of collecting accumulative flow line, which is fixed with the front cover plate group by bolts.
(4) The transmission set is composed of spindle, bearing box, coupling, etc. Spindles may be made of high quality steel or heat resisting steel according to their different USES, using ball bearings or sliding bearings. Ball bearings lubricated with bearing grease, sliding bearings lubricated with thin oil.
(5) The design and use unit shall, according to the selected flow rate and elegance, determine the machine number and required power of the motor from the performance table, and may also choose other types of motor. The single speed and power shall be appropriate, and shall be indicated when ordering
