The USES of the fan
The type 4-79 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings. It can be used as both input and output gas. The types of transport gas are air and other non-spontaneous combustion, non-self-detonation, non-winding, harmless to human body and non-corrosive to steel and iron materials. No viscous substances shall be allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in it shall not be more than 150mg/m3. Gas temperature: not more than 80℃, gas performance is similar can be used.
Ii. Type of fan
1. Each fan housing is made of two types of clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation.
2. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet Angle of the casing. Model 4-79 fans No3A ~ 6A are all made into one type when they leave the factory. The unit shall install the required position according to the requirements. The adjustment range of air outlet position is 0 ° c ~ 225 ° C, and the interval is 45 ° C. No7C ~ 8C air outlet position adjustment range 0 ° ~ 180 °, interval 22.5 °; No10E ~ 20E single inlet and double inlet air outlet positions are fixed in three types: 0 degree, 90 degree and 180 degree, which cannot be adjusted. Iii. Fan structure
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and motor. In addition to the above parts, No7C ~ 20E also has a transmission part.
1. Impeller: it is composed of a rearward arc-shaped thin plate blade, a curved front plate and a flat rear plate. All made of steel plate, and after static and dynamic balance correction, good air performance, high efficiency, smooth operation.
2. Chassis: made in two different types. No3 ~ 12 case is made as a whole and cannot be taken apart. The casing of No14 ~ 20 is made into two halves, which are divided into two halves along the middle water dividing plane and connected by bolts.
3. Air inlet: it is made into a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The section parallel to the axial direction is a curved shape, which enables the gas to enter the impeller smoothly with small loss.
