The working principle of

When the dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the dust of large and coarse particles is blocked by the ash plate to fall, while the smaller dust enters the conjoined box together with the airflow. At this point, the dusty airflow through the air supply pipe through a higher speed from the nozzle, so that impact liquid surface impact stirred up a lot of foam and water droplets, so as to achieve the purpose of purification and dust removal. Under the action of negative pressure, the purified air will pass through the first and second baffles to remove the water droplets contained in the gas and be discharged by the fan mouth.

The entire dust removal process of dusty gas is under negative pressure, and the height of the water surface is controlled by the water level control system through the overflow pipe. The water used to purify the gas in the equipment must be replaced with new water after a period of use, when the water contains a large amount of dust. This task is accomplished by an electric push rod. There is a piston at the outlet, which is connected with an electric push rod. When the electric push rod lifts the piston, the dirty water will be discharged through the drain. After the sewage is discharged, the solenoid valve at the inlet of the water level control system is opened, and the water is ejected through the inlet pipe and the rinse nozzle at the lower part of the dust collector box body to wash the bottom clean. The electric putter then lowers the piston and closes the drain. After that, when the water level of the box begins to rise to the height required by the dust collector, the solenoid valve closes and the excess water in the box overflows through the overflow port.
