There are several different types of mud discharge methods for this type of dust removal unit. This model is A conical funnel mud discharge impulse dust removal unit, which is shaped as CCJ/A (C- impulse type; C - dust; J - unit; A- Conical funnel for mud discharge). There are eight specifications according to the ability to handle air volume.
Ii. Dust removal principle
As shown in the figure, the dusty gas enters the dust catcher from the inlet, and the airflow turns downward and impinges on the water surface. Heavier particles fall into the water. The water level in the unit is controlled by the overflow tank. When the water level is higher than the overflow weir of the overflow tank, the water will flow into the water seal and be discharged by the overflow pipe. Based on the overflow box cover water level automatic control device can ensure that the water level is within 3-10 mm of change, so as to ensure that the unit stable high efficiency and save water.
The upper part of the overflow tank is connected with the clean water mist chamber so that both have the same height of water surface.
The water in the overflow tank is communicated through the connecting pipe inserted into the lower part of the dust collector to keep the overflow tank water level stable.
Three, the selection of instructions
(I) Scope of application: The unit is suitable for purifying the non-fibrous, non-corrosive dust-containing gas with a temperature not higher than 300℃. Suitable for metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, casting, power generation, building materials and refractories and other enterprises. It can also be used for dust removal in viscous quicklime transport systems.
(2) The water seal height of the overflow tank is designed according to the water column with negative pressure no more than 100mm or positive pressure no more than 150mm in the fog room of the unit. Otherwise, the overflow tank shall be designed separately.
(3) Appearance dimension and assembly type
For the convenience of design and selection, the dust removal units of each specification have four different assembly types according to the rotation direction of the ventilator, the installation location of the overflow tank and the water supply pipeline. When selecting, please specify the model, specification and all the code of assembly
(4) The ventilator on the unit may not be installed on the dust collector when necessary; The operation and maintenance platform is designed by itself.
Iv. Instructions for use
(1) The operating procedure of the unit used for periodic intermittent slapping of mud method
A. Delay time of electrode altimeter time relay of automatic water level control device.
Open the overflow tank hole cover, according to the blueprints of the overflow tank electrode group to check the installation height of each electrode, such as do not tally with the drawing requirements, need to reset is: remove the electrode, the appropriate loose cover, can be hand moving electrode, when high alignment, then tighten the cover fixed electrode, and packed again electrode cap.
Set the time relay ISJ in the operating box on a 60 second scale (i.e., the duration of the bell ringing). The time relay ISJ is temporarily set on a 60 second scale (control the solenoid valve to extend the feed time).
B. Filling water into the overflow box: fill water into the overflow box from the rubber pipe connected with the outer valve of the 1/2" below the overflow box, or use rubber pipe or other containers convenient for filling water, fill water into the overflow box from the apparent hole of the overflow box until water overflow is found in the overflow pipe, in case of water seal in the overflow box during operation of the unit.
C. Refer to the description on the electrical control schematic diagram, first close and tighten the visual hole cover on the overflow box, make the limit switch on, and put the selection switch in the automatic position, then close the opening and power switch, at this moment the electric bell wants to be 60 seconds, the yellow light at low water level is on, the white light of the solenoid valve means that the solenoid valve is on.
D. Close the mud discharge valve under the funnel of the dead unit. On open pipes all the cut-off valve, make the two way to supply water to the water inside the unit at the same time, when the water to start filling water level, to start the fan and fan starts, to observe the overflow tank overflow pipe, when they saw the overflow water out immediately cut-off valve, cut-off valve 1 2 close to death (within the fan starts, because the water has a significant change, there may be a short period of time of water level is too high, there is a lot of overflow the water out). When the overflow is small, slowly open globe valve 1 and carefully adjust the overflow to meet the requirements. This adjustment should be made during a period of time when the water supply pressure is high, and then open globe valve 2 in case the water level drops, the solenoid valve will automatically replenish water (but the water supply pressure shall not be less than 1 kg/cm 2).
When the unit enters the normal operation, the signal on the operating box indicates that the yellow light is off and the road light is on. When the water level is low enough for the water in the overflow tank to leave the KSW electrode, the solenoid valve will repeat the above feed action (the above 60 seconds is preset according to the size of the unit and the amount of overflow required).
E. When discharging the mud regularly, open the discharge valve (gate valve) and let the mud away. If the mud is not easy to discharge due to the silt, iron bar and other objects can be used to poke loose, and connect the 1/2" globe valve with pressure water to flush.
The period of regular mud discharge should be mastered according to practice. However, it should be noted that the ash accumulation in the funnel should not drown the lower mouth of the connecting pipe, otherwise the overflow water will be separated and the normal operation of the unit will be damaged.
(2) The operating procedure of the unit for continuous mud discharge
The difference with the regular mud discharge method is only that after the fan starts, the water supply valve and the slurry discharge valve need to be adjusted repeatedly and alternately to make the flow meet the requirements.
Mud discharge valve displacement, according to the size of the dust concentration, the height of gas temperature and other specific conditions, in practice to adjust.
(3) The unit is mainly used for continuous mud discharge method, but also can be used for periodic intermittent mud discharge method.
V. Installation instructions
1. Before installation, check the integrity of the unit and retighten all connecting bolts.
2. The installation position should be noted that the inspection door is easy to open and the overflow tank and water supply pipeline are easy to observe and operate.
3. The installation of the unit must reach the level.
4. The mud discharge pipe and overflow pipe should not be directly connected to the downwater pipe, but should be connected to the sink or funnel and then to the downwater pipe, so as to observe the working condition of the unit at any time.
Vi. Maintenance and overhaul of unit
1. During the operation of the dust removal system, the air volume of the unit should be kept within a stable range to minimize the fluctuation of the air volume.
2. Always pay attention to the visual hole and observe the tightness of each inspection door.
3. According to the operating experience of the unit, regularly flush the internal level of the unit to automatically control the accumulation of ash on the motor.
4. If the blade is damaged due to wear or corrosion, it must be repaired or replaced in time.
5. When passing through dusty gas, it is not allowed to run under the condition of insufficient water level, let alone without water.
6. Always keep the water level automatic control device clean to prevent dust from entering the operating box. If the automatic control system fails, it shall be repaired in time.
7. In case of high or low water level accidents, the causes shall be timely identified and the faults discharged.
8. When blockage is found at the bottom of the overflow tank, the pipe tank at the bottom of the overflow tank can be opened, and the 1/2" globe valve shall be connected to the pressure water and washed away.
