XZZ series cyclone dust collector has been appraised by the whole country and its technical performance is in the leading position. The efficiency of dust precipitators is second to none, and it has been recommended by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Machinery Industry to be one of the eleven kinds of cyclone dust precipitators used in supporting the machine-fired industrial coal-fired boilers in China.

XZZ type cyclone dust collector is mainly used in machine fired layer hot water or evaporation boiler. It is also suitable for other industrial dust removal needs.

Structural characteristics

1. The direct side chamber is designed, which can effectively eliminate the greying phenomenon and is not easy to be blocked.

2. The cone structure close to the straight tube type is designed to eliminate the formation of the lower ash ring and avoid local wear and the rebound phenomenon of coarse particle dust.

3. Designed the device that can effectively prevent the dust from flying twice in the lower part, which is the unique type pioneered in China.

The working principle of

When the dust-containing air enters the volute of the dust collector tangentially through the contractions inlet, it spirals from top to bottom. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust is thrown to the wall of the filter and rotates down along the wall to enter the sealed dust collecting device of special structure. The purified air rotates internally spirally from bottom to top and is discharged through the core tube.
