Introduction to the
XD - Ⅱ multi-tube cyclone dust collector is a kind of high efficiency filter, filter efficiency can reach more than 95%, dust collector body resistance less than 900 pa, using existing can ensure the normal operation of boiler induced draft fan for boiler. The dust collector has good load adaptability, and the dust removal efficiency is above 94% at 70% load.
XD - Ⅱ multi-tube cyclone in the cyclone was made using iron or ceramic, thickness greater than 6 mm, so have good wear resistance.
It is suitable for all kinds of boiler smoke and dust treatment. Such as chain furnace, reciprocating furnace, coal thrower furnace, pulverized coal furnace, thermal power plant cyclone furnace and fluidized bed furnace soot treatment. It can also be used for other industrial dust control and dust recovery and utilization with practical value. It is the ideal equipment for industrial boiler flue gas dust removal and other dust control.
Description of equipment structure
The equipment is divided into three body upper box, middle box and lower box.
The upper box is an air collecting chamber. After the purified boiler flue gas is collected in the upper box, it enters the induced draft fan through the air outlet and flue.
The middle box is a dust removal room, with 24 cyclone inside. The flue gas is divided into 24 units for dust removal and purification.
The lower box is the dust collection room, and the dust removed by the cyclone is collected in the dust hopper, which is regularly discharged to the ash box or the ash truck through the star discharge valve or the ash lock valve separately provided by the user, or discharged into the water seal and ash flusher to be washed away by the water power.
The flue gas enters xD-type high-efficiency multi-pipe cyclone dust collector through the flue gas, and the flue gas enters into the cyclones uniformly arranged in the dust collector in the offhand direction. Under the action of centrifugal separation by the cyclone, most of the dust with large particles is separated and enters into the ash bucket. The dust can be treated together with the furnace slag.

Instructions for the operation of the multi-pipe precipitator
1. Before installing and using the dust remover, check whether the connection of each part is sealed well. If air leakage is found, tighten the connection bolt.
2. No matter what kind of dust cleaning method is adopted, the dust remover should be cleaned regularly, usually at an interval of 4-5 hours.
3. The ash cleaning device should be airtight, and the induced draft fan may not be closed during the ash cleaning.
4. In order to prevent the corrosive components in the flue gas from adversely affecting the internal structure of the dust collector, the dust collector and the induced draft fan should run continuously for 10-15 minutes after the furnace is shut down until all the flue gas is discharged. If the desulfurization tower is installed after the induced draft fan, the circulating water of the desulfurization tower should also be operated. Prevent the adhesion of sundries on the inner wall of desulfurization tower.
5. The flue gas inlet temperature shall be less than 160℃ to prevent the internal sealing of the body from being damaged.
6. Frequently check the bolt connection part of the dust collector, especially the fastening bolt at the ash outlet of the lower box, to prevent looseness from affecting the dust removal efficiency.
7. The dust collector should be inspected and maintained once a year, and the cyclone should be checked for blockage and damage and washed clean. The sealed material should be replaced in time if there is any damage. The outer surface of the dust catcher should be repaired in time if there is any damage.
