1. The air volume is calculated with the filter wind speed of 1.5-2.0m/min. The actual wind speed should be selected according to different working conditions.
2. The air source required for ash cleaning is 400-600kPa, and the gas consumption per valve is about 0.05m per time. .

Due to the modular shaped products of flat bag filter, there is no flexible and targeted special design according to the actual use of the process. The diameter and quantity of each bag and the selection of pulse valve are basically fixed when the flat bag filter is sprayed. Therefore, it is difficult to adjust the pressure of dust removal according to actual needs. The disadvantage is that when multiple flat bags are installed in the same room, most of the dust cakes after pulse jet cannot be directly shaken into the dust hopper at the bottom of the dust catcher, but are absorbed by the filter bag (tube) near the bottom of the box body. Therefore, the filter load near the bottom of the box will be higher than the filter load near the top of the box, the relative service life is shorter. Therefore, after a few months of using the filter, switch the upper and lower bags so that their resistance and service life are more uniform. In addition, this arrangement makes the resistance of the dust collector slightly higher than that of the same type of dust collector installed vertically with the bag.
